Over the past 70 years, SIAM STEEL INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED and its subsidiaries have continuously adapted to global crises and changes in globalization. By 2024, the global situation and the rapid changes have impacted the company’s business operations in multiple ways. The Company recognizes and understands the challenges of today’s world, and therefore attaches great importance to addressing risk factors and flexible managing the organization, adjusting management strategies to respond to all crises, in order to maintain the continuity of the company’s business.
In addition to focusing on maintaining the continuity of business operations, the Company continues to prioritize conducting business under the principles of good governance and taking into account stakeholders, while operating with responsibility towards the environment, society and good corporate governance. The Company continues to develop the organization according to the principles of ESG in all dimensions as follows:
E - Environment: The Company is committed to conducting environmentally friendly business in compliance with legal requirements and the ISO 14001 Environmental management System Standard, ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Standard.
S – Social: The company continues to focus on doing business with social responsibility. As a result of its operations to help society and support various activities continuously, in 2024 the Company still received the CSR-DIW Continuous Award from the Department of Industrial Works for the 16th consecutive year.
G – Governance: Operates under good corporate governance, appropriate risk management, and efficient internal control and internal audit systems to ensure confidence for all relevant parties.
