On October 16, 2015, sales team members of Siam Steel International Public Company Limited and Siam SCI Company Limited received a course development program called "Sales Techniques According to Customer Style" to enhance their sales skills and understand the styles of each customer group, taught by speakers from the Technology Promotion Association (Thailand-Japan).
